Little Mandarin Talkers

Little Mandarin Talkers is a Chinese school in St Albans with classes for both beginners and bilingual children aged between 3 and 16 years.

Our teachers are native Chinese speakers, experienced in early education and development. We apply unique teaching methods to enhance your Child’s learning and abilities. We cater for children as young as 3 years of age as we believe too often the precious formative years from birth to five years of age are wasted by parents and teachers who feel that the child is too young to learn.

We aim at creating an immersing atmosphere for your children combining culture and language during lessons. Some lessons are taught entirely in Chinese. Others will be bilingual or progressively in Mandarin. Younger children will be learning vocabulary and encouraged to read simple phrases by means of songs, games and creative interactive activities. Older children will focus on spelling, writing and reading. We run a separate class for Bilingual children to refresh and to supplement the linguistic. We aim to pursue a natural and enjoyable language learning experience in our classes. We immensely enjoy the innovation of the fusion between east and west teaching methods.
